Business Teacher - Kensington, West London (Independent School) 📈 We are exclusively partnering with a prestigious independent school in the affluent area of Kensington to find an exceptional Business Teacher . This is a superb opportunity for a highly qualified and ambitious educator to join a leading academic institution renowned for its scholarly environment and impressive university placements. The Role The school is seeking an inspirational Business Teacher with extensive experience teaching the subject, with a primary focus on A-Level and potentially the IB Diploma . The ideal candidate will possess deep commercial knowledge and a passion for challenging high-ability students. Your key responsibilities will include: Delivering outstanding, intellectually rigorous lessons in Business Studies/Management to students at GCSE, A-Level, and potentially IB. Developing and implementing a dynamic curriculum that integrates academic theory with real-world case studies and advanced commercial concepts. Inspiring entrepreneurial thought and guiding students through in-depth research, projects, and highly competitive examination preparation. Contributing to the school's enrichment programme, perhaps by leading a Young Enterprise scheme, investment clubs, or debating society. Working collaboratively within a supportive academic faculty committed to achieving excellence. Candidate Requirements To be considered for this elite position, you should have: A degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related commercial discipline from a top university. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualifications (e.g., PGCE, Independent School teaching experience). Extensive proven experience teaching Business at A-Level and/or IB , with a demonstrable track record of securing top grades. A deep and current knowledge of global business issues, corporate strategy, and financial markets. Excellent communication, professional presentation, and scholarly classroom leadership skills.
