SENCO – Thriving Special Educational Needs School – Poole – September Start Location: Poole | Contract: Full-Time, Permanent | Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance A well-respected and highly successful SEN school in Poole is looking for an experienced SENCO to lead and develop their SEN provision starting in September. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about inclusion and empowering students with Special Educational Needs to thrive academically and socially. Work closely with parents and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for students. Oversee the management of Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) and SEN provision. Who We’re Looking For: An experienced SENCO with the National Award for SEN Coordination (or willingness to complete it). A passion for inclusive education and improving outcomes for students with diverse needs. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
