Job description
DT Teacher – Stourbridge We are currently seeking an enthusiastic DT Teacher to join a dynamic team at a school in Stourbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated educator to inspire and engage students in the world of DT, contributing to their academic growth and fostering a love for the subject. As a DT Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons across various key stages. You will have the chance to shape the future of young minds and support them in achieving their full potential. Key Responsibilities for the DT Teacher Role: Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons to students at Key Stage 3 and 4. Help students develop their skills, from theoretical knowledge to practical applications. Provide timely feedback to students on their progress and guide them in their academic journey. Contribute to the development and enhancement of the department's teaching resources and curriculum. The ideal candidate for the Teacher position will possess a strong passion for teaching, with the ability to engage students and foster a positive learning environment. You will be committed to providing high-quality education and supporting students' personal and academic growth. Requirements for the Teacher Role: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification. A degree in a relevant discipline. Previous teaching experience (KS3 and KS4). Strong communication and organisational abilities. A passion for educating students and helping them reach their academic goals.
