Job description
A highly regarded secondary school in Warwickshire is seeking an experienced and strategic School Business Manager to join its senior operational team from January 2026. This is a key leadership role within the school, working closely with the Headteacher and senior leaders to ensure the smooth, compliant and financially sustainable running of the school. The post-holder will have a significant influence on long-term planning, resource allocation and operational strategy. The Role You will oversee the school’s financial, estates and operational functions, ensuring robust systems and strong value for money. Key responsibilities include: Strategic financial planning, budgeting and forecasting Oversight of procurement, contracts and compliance Line management of administrative and site teams Supporting governors with financial and operational reporting Ensuring effective use of resources to support teaching and learning The School Environment This is a well-established, Good-rated school with a stable leadership team and a professional, respectful working culture.
