Job description
A successful academy secondary school in Nottingham is seeking a reliable and experienced Finance Officer to join their finance and operations team from January 2026 . • School Finance Officer • Academy Secondary School – Nottingham • January 2026 start • Full-time, permanent position • Term-time plus additional weeks About the School This Ofsted ‘Good’ academy serves approximately 1,100 students aged 11–18 and benefits from strong trust-level financial systems and support. The school promotes a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The Role The Finance Officer will manage day-to-day financial administration, including budget monitoring, payments, and reconciliations, while supporting senior staff with accurate financial reporting.
