Job description
Start Date: January 2026 Location: North London, Greater London About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced School Business Manager to join an Ofsted Outstanding primary school in North London. You will lead the school’s business operations, including finance, HR, premises, and compliance, ensuring efficient and effective support for staff and pupils. Key Responsibilities • Lead financial management, budgeting, and forecasting • Oversee HR functions including recruitment, contracts, and staff welfare • Manage premises, health & safety, and compliance with statutory requirements • Direct administrative systems to maximise efficiency • Support governors with reports and strategic planning • Contribute to school improvement and operational development About the School This popular primary with ~600 pupils has a reputation for high academic standards and inclusive pastoral care. The senior leadership team is supportive and collaborative, and the school enjoys strong community engagement with excellent estate facilities.
