Job description
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 3 Teacher for a lovely school in Newham, starting September 2025. This is a full-time position. The school is easily accessible via public transport. Interviews will be held as soon as possible. Year 3 Teacher Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of Year 3 students. Implement effective teaching strategies to inspire and support students in their learning. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and setting clear targets for development. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes mutual respect and enthusiasm for learning. Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and enhance curriculum delivery. Maintain strong communication with parents and guardians, keeping them informed of their child's progress and addressing any concerns. Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school activities as required. Year 3 Teacher Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching in KS2, particularly in Year 3. Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective assessment methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners. A team-oriented approach and commitment to fostering a collaborative environment. Commitment to continuous professional development.
