About the role: InPost is seeking experienced Warehouse Operative's to join our Newstrade packing Team at the Aberdeen depot. You will collaborate closely with colleagues to optimize sorting workflows and meet daily targets, helping to drive the success of our logistics operations. 📍 Location: Inpost 6 Abbotswell Road, Aberdeen, AB12 3AB 📅 Shift Pattern: TUESDAY - SATURDAY 🕒 Hours: 02.30am - 06.30am - 20hrs per week 💰 Salary:£12.70p/h What you’ll be doing: Efficiently packing newspapers & magazines to optimize and streamline the entire operational workflow, ensuring timely and accurate processing that supports seamless distribution. Expertly relabelling and meticulously preparing parcels for dispatch, guaranteeing all items meet stringent quality and accuracy standards before reaching their destination. Demonstrating versatility by manually sorting parcels with precision or operating advanced sorting machinery when required, adapting quickly to meet dynamic operational demands. Actively contributing to a wide range of general warehouse responsibilities, maintaining an organized and efficient environment that drives overall productivity and operational excellence. Loading and unloading parcels with speed and accuracy within a fast-paced, collaborative team setting, ensuring deadlines are consistently met while fostering a positive and motivated work atmosphere.
