Job description
A progressive, inclusive secondary school in the Rochester is looking for an ECT of DT to start in January 2026. ECT: DT Teacher required from January 2026 Rochester -based school committed to progressive and inclusive education. Ideal for an ECT passionate about Mathematics. You will teach Mathematics at KS3-KS5. The induction includes training on implementing innovative assessment practices and using the curriculum to promote well-rounded education within an inclusive school culture. Experience and Qualifications QTS or completing final training in a DT Subject A strong commitment to inclusive teaching practices and differentiation. Willingness to embrace progressive pedagogical approaches and EdTech. Enthusiasm for leading discussion and promoting critical thinking skills. School Information The school is defined by its progressive approach to curriculum design and its highly supportive ECT mentor programme. The DT team is collaborative and encourages all staff to contribute new ideas and resources, fostering a dynamic and nurturing environment.
