Your Responsibilities: Create and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences for Reception children, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. Develop a stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and active learning. Assess children’s progress , identifying next steps and supporting children to meet their developmental milestones. Build strong relationships with parents and carers , ensuring clear communication about children’s progress and well-being. Collaborate with colleagues and external specialists to ensure every child’s needs are met . What We Are Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience working in Early Years (EYFS). A deep understanding of the EYFS curriculum and how to apply it in a creative, engaging way. Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a safe, nurturing learning environment . A teacher who is passionate about working with young children and helping them develop a love of learning. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
