Your Role as a KS2 Teacher As our new KS2 Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver engaging lessons that challenge and inspire our Year 3 to Year 6 students. Create a dynamic classroom environment that promotes active learning and student participation. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support to help them achieve their best. Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering a sense of community and collaboration. Contribute to school initiatives and events, enhancing the overall learning experience for our students. What We’re Looking For A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, with a passion for making learning engaging and accessible. Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective assessment strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
