Location: Reading, Berkshire Start Date: January 2026 Salary: MPS – Competitive & in line with experience Are you an ambitious History Early Career Teacher (ECT) ready to begin your teaching career in a supportive and dynamic school? Work closely with a dedicated mentor to receive guidance and feedback. Inspire students to develop a deep understanding of historical events and critical thinking skills. Contribute to the wider school community, including extracurricular activities, trips, and history clubs. Who We Are Looking For A committed and enthusiastic History graduate with QTS (or working towards it). Passionate about teaching and creating an engaging classroom environment. A team player with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach. An individual eager to develop professionally and make a positive impact on students’ education.
