Full-time, Permanent - September 2025 Start Are you a passionate and inspiring Teacher of Drama with a desire to ignite a love of theatre and performance in young people? We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our thriving Drama department in a secondary school in Hounslow. About the School: Our school is a vibrant and inclusive learning community where students are encouraged to explore their creativity and express themselves through drama. We provide a supportive and stimulating environment where students can develop their performance skills and confidence. About the Drama Department: The Drama department is a collaborative and supportive team with a shared passion for fostering students' creativity and performance skills. We offer a rich and engaging curriculum that covers a wide range of dramatic genres and techniques. About the Role: Teach Drama across Key Stages 3 and 4, potentially Key Stage 5. Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons. Utilize a range of drama techniques and activities. Direct and produce school productions. Assess student progress, set targets, and provide constructive feedback. Contribute to the department's curriculum development. Foster a love of drama in students. Work collaboratively with colleagues. Participate in professional development opportunities. Ideal Candidate: Holds QTS or equivalent. Possesses excellent subject knowledge in Drama. Demonstrates a passion for teaching Drama. Has strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
