We are seeking a reliable, efficient and highly organised School Administrator to join an Outstanding secondary school in Luton from January . Responsibilities Managing reception duties and welcoming visitors Handling phone calls, emails and internal communications Supporting attendance monitoring and record keeping Assisting with timetable, HR, finance or pastoral administration Preparing documents, data reports and letters Providing administrative support to senior leaders and teaching staff Experience and Qualifications Previous administrative experience (school-based desirable) Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and school MIS systems Strong organisational and time-management skills Professional communication and a calm, confident manner Ability to multitask and work under pressure Salary Paid in line with the school’s support staff salary scale .
