About the Role: Teach Music across Key Stages 3 and 4, potentially Key Stage 5. Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons. Utilize a range of teaching methods and resources. Lead and direct school ensembles (e.g., choir, orchestra, band). Organize and participate in school concerts and performances. Assess student progress, set targets, and provide constructive feedback. Contribute to the department's curriculum development. Work collaboratively with colleagues. Participate in professional development opportunities. Ideal Candidate: Holds QTS or equivalent. Possesses excellent subject knowledge in Music. Demonstrates a passion for teaching Music. Has strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
