Salary and Benefits Main Pay Scale/Upper Pay Scale (MPS/UPS) for Inner London Teachers (currently £40,317 - £62,496 for 2025/2026). A Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) payment , which in a role of this responsibility typically ranges from £3,527 to £17,216 (likely a TLR 2 or 1a/1b dependent on scale).
