Key Responsibilities: Teaching: Delivering engaging lessons in Health and Social Care to KS4 and KS5 students, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning. TLR Responsibilities: As part of your TLR, you will be expected to take a lead role within the department, including curriculum development, coordinating resources, and mentoring staff and students. Curriculum Development: Contributing to the ongoing development of the Health and Social Care curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of all students. Student Support: Provide pastoral care to students, supporting them in achieving their academic and personal goals. Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership team, subject leads, and other staff to enhance the department and drive student outcomes. The Ideal Candidate: Qualifications: A degree in Health and Social Care or a related field, alongside QTS or PGCE. Experience: Previous teaching experience within Health and Social Care at KS4 and KS5 is preferred, but we also encourage passionate ECTs to apply.
