Job description
We are working with a charming and oversubscribed primary school in Dudley seeking a warm and approachable School Receptionist. This school prioritises family engagement and provides a supportive environment for its staff. The School & Staff Culture This school prides itself on a culture of warmth and inclusion. As a member of the professional services team, you will be welcomed into a sophisticated but friendly office. The leadership team understands the importance of a professional front-of-house presence and ensures you are fully integrated into the school family, offering regular staff social events. The Role & Responsibilities You will provide a gold-standard reception service to students, staff, and visitors, ensuring the school’s reputation is maintained. Family Support: Acting as the first point of contact for families, providing information on school policies and upcoming events. Financial Admin: Assisting the School Business Manager with basic financial tasks, such as processing dinner money or trip payments. Student Care: Providing a supportive presence for students who visit the office, handling minor injuries or illnesses with care. Document Management: Ensuring all school forms and parent packs are kept up to date and readily available at the front desk. Salary & Contract Details Salary Range: £22,800 – £25,500 (Pro-rata) Contract: Full-time | Permanent | ASAP Start
