Job description
Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive School Administrator to join a well-regarded mixed secondary school in Kent. This is a full-time, permanent position starting January 2026, offering a varied and rewarding role within a supportive administrative team. • School Administrator • Outstanding mixed secondary school, Kent • January 2026 start • Full-time, permanent role • Previous school administration experience desirable About the School This high-performing secondary school educates approximately 1,400 students aged 11–18 and is widely recognised for its strong academic outcomes, excellent behaviour, and inclusive ethos. Rated Outstanding by Ofsted , the school places great importance on pastoral care, safeguarding, and operational excellence. The school benefits from modern facilities, well-structured systems, and a collaborative staff culture. The administration team is central to the smooth running of the school and works closely with senior leaders, teaching staff, parents, and external agencies. The Role The School Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. This is a busy and varied position requiring excellent organisation, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
