Job description
We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate educator to join our school as Assistant Headteacher for Inclusion . This one-year maternity cover role is perfect for a dedicated leader who is committed to promoting inclusive education and making a real difference in the lives of children. About the Role: As Assistant Headteacher for Inclusion, you will: Lead the development and implementation of the school’s inclusion strategy. Provide strategic leadership for SEND, EAL, and disadvantaged pupils. Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to monitor and evaluate inclusion strategies. Drive professional development for staff, ensuring they are equipped to meet the diverse needs of all pupils. What We Are Looking For: A committed and experienced leader with a passion for inclusive education. Strong leadership skills and proven experience in supporting SEND, EAL, and disadvantaged students. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and external agencies. A proactive, solution-focused approach to driving school improvement.
