About the Role: Deliver engaging and challenging Business Studies lessons across Key Stages 4 and 5, including GCSE and A-Level Business. Develop and implement lesson plans that incorporate a variety of business concepts, case studies, and practical applications, encouraging students to develop their business knowledge, understanding, and skills. Facilitate student-led business projects, presentations, and simulations, encouraging entrepreneurial thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. Assess student progress through written assignments, projects, presentations, and examinations, providing detailed and constructive feedback. Contribute to the development and enhancement of the Business Studies curriculum, ensuring it aligns with current business trends and best practices in business education. Organize and lead extracurricular activities, such as business clubs, enterprise challenges, and participation in business competitions, to enhance student learning and provide opportunities for students to explore their interests. Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong academic background in Business Studies, Economics, or a related field. Extensive experience teaching Business Studies to GCSE and A-Level, with a focus on both theoretical and practical aspects of the subject. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students. A passion for fostering entrepreneurial skills and business knowledge in young people. Knowledge of a wide range of business concepts, case studies, and practical applications.
