Job description
We are working closely with a school who are recruiting for a meticulous Office Manager to join the leadership of an Outstanding Primary School in Richmond starting ASAP. You will ensure the highest standards of administrative support. About the Role This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8 am – 4 pm (Term time only). Oversee the admissions process and coordinate prospective parent tours. Manage the school’s communication strategy across all digital platforms. Support the School Business Manager with audit preparation and financial tracking. Supervise the front-of-house staff to ensure a first-class visitor experience. About the School This is a flagship primary school, consistently rated "Outstanding." Set within beautiful grounds, the school offers a tranquil workspace where professional standards and attention to detail are exceptionally high. Requirements Experience in school admissions and data management. A warm, professional manner and the ability to mentor junior staff. Must have the right to work in the UK. Salary and Benefits £34,000 – £42,000 per annum. Benefits include a beautiful working environment and a supportive leadership culture.
