Job description
A large and well-established secondary school in Northampton is seeking a confident and organised HR Administrator to support its people operations from January 2026. The HR Administrator plays a vital role in supporting staff across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to absence management and compliance. You will work closely with senior leaders and line managers to ensure processes are followed accurately and consistently. The school has a strong reputation for staff wellbeing and professional culture, and the HR function is central to maintaining this positive environment.
