The Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide targeted support for pupils with additional needs across the school. Your responsibilities will include 1:1 support, small group interventions, and in-class assistance . You will work closely with class teachers, the SENCO, and other support staff to ensure all pupils can fully access the curriculum and develop their skills. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, flexible, and committed to inclusive education. You will be part of a supportive team dedicated to helping pupils succeed.
