Job description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly skilled Year 5 Teacher to join our welcoming and ambitious Independent School in Northamptonshire. This is a permanent full-time role starting January 2026, offering the opportunity to lead pupils through their final year of primary education. Key Information Position: Year 5 Teacher Start Date: January 2026 Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time Working Pattern: Term Time Only Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience) Suitable for: Experienced or Early Career Teachers (ECTs welcome) About the Role As a reflective and dedicated Year 5 Teacher , you will plan and deliver stimulating lessons across all curriculum areas, preparing pupils for transition to secondary school. The successful candidate will embrace the responsibilities of a Year 5 Teacher , working closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure pupils excel academically and personally.
