Job description
A respected and well-established Independent School Group across East & West Sussex is seeking an enthusiastic, organised and committed School Administrator to support operations across two thriving campuses from January 2026 . • Full-time, permanent • State-of-the-art administrative systems and collaborative team culture • Opportunity to support multi-campus communications, admissions and events You will play a key role in coordinating communications, maintaining student data, supporting staff administrative needs, preparing documents, scheduling meetings and contributing to the smooth operational functioning of both sites. Experience & Qualifications • Administration experience (education sector preferred) • Excellent IT skills, including MS Office and MIS systems • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Positive, proactive professional approach Benefits • Strong CPD pathways • Excellent staff wellbeing support • Competitive independent school pay scale • Opportunities for involvement in whole-school projects
