SEN Teacher – Exceptional Secondary School – Slough – ASAP Start 📍 Location: Slough 📄 Contract: Full-Time, Permanent 💰 Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance An outstanding and inclusive secondary school in Slough is looking for an empathetic and dedicated SEN Teacher to join their supportive SEND department . Your Role as an SEN Teacher: Provide high-quality, personalized lessons for students with SEND. Differentiate lessons and teaching materials to support individual student needs. Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) for students with SEND. Work closely with the SEND team and external agencies to ensure holistic support. Encourage students to develop independence and confidence in their learning. Who We’re Looking For in an SEN Teacher: ✔ Qualified SEN Teacher (QTS or equivalent). ✔ Experience supporting students with SEND , with a strong understanding of inclusive education. ✔ Strong classroom management skills , ensuring a positive learning environment. ✔ Ability to create tailored learning strategies to meet individual student needs. ✔ Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
