Assess student progress, set targets, and provide constructive feedback. Contribute to the department's curriculum development. Foster a love of History in students. Work collaboratively with colleagues. Participate in professional development opportunities. Ideal Candidate: Holds QTS or equivalent. Possesses excellent subject knowledge in History. Demonstrates a passion for teaching History. Has strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
