About the Role: As the SEN Lead Teacher, you will lead the SEN provision across the school, ensuring that students with additional needs receive the tailored support they need to succeed. Working closely with classroom teachers, parents, and external agencies, you will implement and monitor strategies that promote inclusion, foster individual growth, and enhance student achievement. This is a key role for an educator who is ready to shape and improve the educational experiences of students with diverse learning needs in a collaborative and supportive environment.
