Job description
Location: Hertfordshire Start Date: September 2025 Role: Full-Time SEN Lead Teacher (One-Year Position) Are you passionate about inclusion and making a real difference in the lives of students with additional needs? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Educational Needs (SEN) Lead Teacher to join our dynamic and supportive team for a full-time, one-year position starting in September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator to take on a leadership role, overseeing and supporting the educational progress of students with a wide range of additional needs. About the Role: As the SEN Lead Teacher, you will lead the SEN provision across the school, ensuring that students with additional needs receive the tailored support they need to succeed. Working closely with classroom teachers, parents, and external agencies, you will implement and monitor strategies that promote inclusion, foster individual growth, and enhance student achievement. This is a key role for an educator who is ready to shape and improve the educational experiences of students with diverse learning needs in a collaborative and supportive environment.
