Job description
We are working closely with a school who are recruiting for a professional Receptionist to join a prestigious Secondary School in Westminster starting ASAP. This is a pivotal role where discretion and high-level communication are paramount. About the Role This is a permanent, part-time position working Wednesday to Friday, 8 am – 4 pm (Term time only). Provide an efficient switchboard service and direct high-priority calls. Act as the primary gatekeeper for the school site. Support the Admissions Officer with data entry and prospective packs. Monitor the school's central digital inbox for parent queries. The school operates with traditional scholarly values, providing a professional and orderly atmosphere that reflects its heritage. Requirements High standards of professional presentation and punctuality. Ability to handle sensitive data with absolute confidentiality. Must have the right to work in the UK. Salary and Benefits £29,808 – £33,384 per annum, pro-rata (Inner London). Benefits include a central location with excellent transport links.
