Job description
Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic professional passionate about supporting pupils' learning and development? We have an exciting opportunity for a Level 3 Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a nurturing and inclusive primary academy on a long-term basis. Your Role: As our new Level 3 Learning Support Assistant, you will: Support the teaching and learning of pupils by providing individual and small-group assistance. Collaborate closely with classroom teachers to deliver targeted interventions and support. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every pupil can thrive. Assist with classroom preparation, resource creation, and pupil engagement. Monitor and track pupil progress, contributing to their academic and personal development. What We’re Looking For: We are seeking a candidate who: Holds a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning. Has experience supporting pupils in a primary school setting. Is enthusiastic, adaptable, and patient , with a genuine passion for education. Can work both independently and as part of a team, building positive relationships with pupils and staff. Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
