Job description
A well-established primary school in Enfield is looking for an experienced Year 4 Teacher to join their school in April 2025. This role offers potential for career development and leadership opportunities for the right candidate. Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR (Leadership Opportunity) Start Date: April 2025 Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent What You’ll Be Doing: Leading Year 4 students through dynamic lessons that promote academic achievement and personal growth. Taking on leadership responsibilities (TLR) in areas like curriculum development or staff mentoring. Encouraging critical thinking, problem-solving, and independent learning. Collaborating with colleagues to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment. Building strong relationships with parents to ensure holistic development of students. What We’re Looking For: QTS and experience teaching Key Stage 2. Strong leadership qualities and a desire to take on more responsibility. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. A creative approach to teaching and a passion for fostering student development. This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher looking to make a difference while progressing in their career!
