Job description
We are currently seeking an ambitious and dedicated Biology ECT to join a high-achieving secondary school in Oxford . This is a full-time, permanent role ideal for an Early Career Teacher eager to inspire students and develop their practice in a thriving academic environment. • Biology ECT • High-Achieving Secondary School in Oxford, Oxfordshire • Full-time, permanent position • Excellent mentoring and CPD for early career teachers • Biology ECT role starting January 2026 School Information This Oxford school is recognised for its outstanding academic outcomes, vibrant STEM culture, and exceptional ECT development programme . The Science Department offers modern laboratories, technician support, and a collaborative teaching team focused on innovation and student success. Role Information You will teach Biology across KS3/4, with potential to deliver A Level lessons as your experience grows. The school provides a structured induction, supportive mentoring, and tailored CPD to ensure your professional growth.
