We are working with a highly regarded Outstanding secondary school in the Norwich area that is seeking a dedicated and creative Art Teacher to join their successful department from January . This is a full-time, permanent role , offering an excellent opportunity to teach in a school where the arts are genuinely valued and staff development is taken seriously rather than just talked about. The Role You will teach Art across KS3 and KS4 , supporting students in developing strong technical foundations alongside confidence in personal creative expression. The department places a clear emphasis on experimentation, visual literacy, and critical thinking, with students consistently producing high-quality coursework and examination outcomes. The successful candidate will contribute to curriculum planning, assessment, and departmental development , as well as the wider creative life of the school through displays, exhibitions, and enrichment opportunities. Experience teaching or supporting KS5 Art would be welcomed, though it is not essential.
