About the Role Deliver engaging, challenging, and well-structured lessons to Year 6 pupils. Support pupils in developing independence, resilience, and strong literacy, numeracy, and wider curriculum skills in preparation for secondary school. Use effective assessment strategies to monitor progress and plan next steps. Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where all children can thrive. Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to enrich the learning experience. What We’re Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching in KS2, ideally Year 6, with a strong understanding of the curriculum. Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills. A reflective, creative, and enthusiastic approach to teaching. Commitment to high expectations, inclusion, and continuous professional development.
