Job description
Our client is seeking a friendly, organised, and professional School Administrator / Receptionist to join a well-regarded secondary school in Birmingham , known for its strong pastoral ethos and supportive staff culture. • Full-time School Administrator / Receptionist • January 2026 start • Secondary school setting in Birmingham This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to play a key front-facing role within a busy school environment. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and students, while providing essential administrative support to the wider school team. Experience and Qualifications • Previous experience in a school or busy office environment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Confident using school systems such as SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom, or equivalent (desirable) • Highly organised with strong attention to detail • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Right to work in the UK School Information This welcoming school in Birmingham places strong emphasis on professionalism, teamwork, and safeguarding.
