Your Role as an English ECT As an English ECT , you will be responsible for: Planning and delivering engaging, challenging, and creative English lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students. Differentiating instruction to meet the diverse needs of students, ensuring every learner is supported and challenged. Collaborating with your mentor and the wider department, participating in regular training sessions to continually develop your teaching practice. Encouraging a love of English literature and language, fostering creativity, critical thinking, and academic excellence. Contributing to extracurricular activities and the wider life of the school, further enhancing the student experience. What We Are Looking For A passionate and motivated English graduate with QTS (or working towards it).
