Job description
A highly respected secondary school in Dudley is seeking an experienced School Business Manager to lead their Finance, HR, Operations and Administration functions from January 2026 . This is a senior role requiring strong leadership and strategic oversight. About the Role: This full-time position includes managing the school’s financial planning, HR processes, site operations, health & safety compliance, procurement, contracts and leading the administrative team. You will work closely with the Headteacher and SLT to ensure smooth and efficient school operations that support high academic standards. About the School: The school is known for exceptional behaviour, strong academic performance and a professional and supportive staff culture. Their operations team is established and highly experienced, providing excellent support to new leadership.
