Foster strong relationships with parents and carers , keeping them engaged in their child's progress. Collaborate with Teaching Assistants, SENDCo, and subject coordinators to enhance pupil outcomes. Contribute to wider school initiatives , including extra-curricular activities and school events. Ideal Candidate Profile Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience in KS1 teaching. A creative and engaging teaching style that promotes a love of learning. Strong understanding of phonics schemes (e.g., Read Write Inc., Letters and Sounds) . The ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners. Excellent classroom management skills and a proactive approach to pastoral care.
