Fitness Manager in Kingston – Leading Gym Brand Location: Kingston £30,000 basic + excellent commission structure We are recruiting for an exciting Sales Manager position in Kingston with a fast-growing, industry-leading gym brand. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a thriving, ambitious business that offers fantastic prospects for progression, support, and professional development. As Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in driving the club’s commercial success while helping create a vibrant, supportive atmosphere for members and the team. What will you be doing? Leading all sales and marketing activity, from community outreach and corporate networking to driving engaging content across social media. Delivering exceptional customer service, nurturing existing member relationships, and consistently achieving membership and revenue targets. Taking a hands-on, proactive approach to generating new business and leading by example on the sales floor. Training, motivating, and guiding the team to hit targets and uphold the highest operational and service standards. About you… This role would suit a strong, confident salesperson— fitness industry experience is welcome but not essential . We’re looking for someone who is: Driven, motivated, and committed to achieving both personal and business goals. Confident and personable, able to build strong relationships with members, colleagues, local organisations, and community partners. Calm under pressure, with the ability to handle challenges professionally and keep the club running smoothly. Passionate about leading a team and creating a culture of success, high standards, and accountability. What makes a successful Senior Sales Person here? Sales ability: A proven track record in generating new business, leading from the front, and coaching a team to achieve targets.
