This may be the Data Officer opportunity you’ve been looking for… A welcoming and well-established independent school in Luton is seeking a meticulous, reliable and proactive Data Officer to support whole-school data management and reporting. Key Details Data Officer required Full-time position, starting as soon as possible Independent school in Luton with a strong pastoral ethos Supporting accurate data, reporting and systems across the school The School This is a friendly and nurturing independent school in Luton that prides itself on providing a safe, happy and stimulating environment where young people can thrive. Alongside its strong pastoral focus, the school values high-quality information systems that enable staff to support pupil progress effectively. The Data Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring that academic and operational information is accurate, secure and accessible. Working closely with senior leaders, teachers and administrative colleagues, the successful candidate will help maintain efficient processes that underpin teaching, learning and compliance. Staff work closely as a team and are supported by approachable leadership who value professionalism, precision and collaboration. Location & Hours Location: Luton, Bedfordshire Start Date: ASAP Hours: Full-time, term time (plus additional days as required) Salary: Competitive Data Officer – Experience & Qualities Experience working with school data or management information systems (desirable) Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to manage sensitive information in line with GDPR and safeguarding requirements Confident communication skills and the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels Organised, methodical and able to meet deadlines during busy reporting periods Legal right to work in the UK Application If you are a dependable and detail-focused professional who enjoys working behind the scenes to help a school run efficiently, we would love to hear from you.
