Developing and refining schemes of work focused on practical design skills, sustainability, and innovative textiles. Supporting student progress through effective assessment, feedback, and targeted differentiation. Contributing to extracurricular projects such as fashion shows, design competitions, and clubs. Working closely with colleagues to ensure consistency, creativity, and ambition across the department. Is confident in leading engaging, practical lessons that develop skills and creativity. Works well as part of a team of Design and Technology Teachers (Textiles) and contributes positively to department life.
