Join a Supportive SEN Team & Make a Real Impact! Are you a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher looking to make a meaningful impact in a nurturing and inclusive school ? We are seeking a dedicated full-time SEN Teacher to join our outstanding SEN provision in Hillingdon from September 2025 . This is a fantastic opportunity for an educator who is committed to ensuring every child, regardless of their needs, receives a high-quality education tailored to their abilities. Our school provides a welcoming and well-resourced environment for children with a range of additional needs, including autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and complex learning needs . Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and external specialists to implement EHCPs. Use a range of communication methods (e.g., Makaton, PECS, AAC) to support non-verbal students. Monitor progress, well-being, and personal development of students with SEND. Foster a nurturing and safe learning environment that promotes confidence and independence . What We’re Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SEND or inclusion settings . A strong understanding of SEN best practices and EHCP implementation . Patience, adaptability, and a passion for inclusive education .
