Monitor progress, well-being, and personal development of students with SEND. Foster a nurturing and safe learning environment that promotes confidence and independence . What We’re Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SEND or inclusion settings . A strong understanding of SEN best practices and EHCP implementation . Patience, adaptability, and a passion for inclusive education .
