The Role This position supports the day-to-day financial operations of the school, working closely with the School Business Manager and senior leadership team. Key responsibilities include: Processing purchase orders, invoices and payment runs Monitoring budgets and expenditure against agreed forecasts Supporting month-end processes, reconciliations and reporting Managing income streams, including parental payments and grants Maintaining accurate financial records in line with audit and compliance requirements Responding to finance queries from staff and suppliers The School Environment This is a large secondary school with a calm, organised working environment.
