This is a full-time, permanent position for an enthusiastic teacher who thrives in a collaborative and inclusive environment , supporting pupils in Years 3–6 . Key Responsibilities As a KS2 Teacher, your core responsibilities will include: Planning and delivering engaging lessons across all KS2 subjects Differentiating teaching to meet the needs of SEND, EAL, and higher-attaining pupils Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment Monitoring pupil progress and using assessment data to guide interventions Promoting positive behaviour, independence, and strong learning habits Communicating effectively with parents, carers, and colleagues Supporting school initiatives, enrichment programs, and extracurricular activities Collaborating with teaching assistants, colleagues, and senior leaders to enhance teaching and learning Contributing to curriculum development and school improvement plans Adhering to professional standards, safeguarding policies, and school procedures Person Specification The ideal candidate will: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Have proven experience teaching Years 3–6 in a primary school Be confident in classroom management and proactive in addressing challenges Have experience supporting SEND and EAL pupils Be enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to high-quality teaching and pupil success Possess excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills Demonstrate creativity and innovation in lesson planning and delivery Desirable attributes include: Experience leading a subject or school initiative Familiarity with digital teaching platforms and educational technology Participation in extracurricular clubs or enrichment programs Knowledge of assessment frameworks, interventions, and curriculum development Professional Development The school offers: Continuous professional development opportunities in teaching and leadership Mentoring programs for early career teachers Collaboration networks with other Liverpool schools Opportunities to lead projects, enrichment programs, and school-wide initiatives Why Apply?
