Lead the Year 3 curriculum, ensuring it meets the diverse needs of all students. Monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help them achieve their best. Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and motivated. Keep parents and guardians informed about their child’s progress and address any questions or concerns. Collaborate with fellow teachers to share ideas and improve the learning experience for all. Participate in school-wide initiatives and community events to help strengthen our school spirit. What We’re Looking For A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, with a proven track record of helping students thrive in Year 3. Solid understanding of the National Curriculum and effective assessment practices for Year 3. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and engage students. A passion for creating an inclusive and high-achieving learning environment. A collaborative spirit and a forward-thinking approach to teaching.
