The Role As a KS1 Teacher, you will teach pupils in Year 1 or Year 2 , creating a stimulating, inclusive classroom environment that encourages engagement, curiosity, and resilience. You will plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons across all areas of the curriculum, with particular focus on English, mathematics, and foundation subjects. You will also be instrumental in supporting pupils’ social, emotional, and behavioural development, helping them develop confidence, resilience, and strong interpersonal skills. Close collaboration with teaching assistants, the SENCO, and senior leadership will ensure that pupils with additional needs are fully supported and included.
