Location: Buckingham, Buckinghamshire Start Date: September 2025 Salary: MPS – Competitive & in line with experience Are you an ambitious Geography Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking for an exciting opportunity to start your teaching career? Our client, a highly regarded and supportive school in Buckingham, is seeking an enthusiastic Geography ECT to join their thriving humanities department. About the School This school has a strong reputation for academic excellence and an inclusive approach to learning. The Geography Department is made up of dedicated and knowledgeable teachers who foster curiosity about the world. The school provides structured support for Early Career Teachers, including mentorship, training, and professional development opportunities. What’s On Offer? Inspire students to develop a deeper understanding of the world through fieldwork and interactive lessons. Contribute to school life, including extracurricular clubs, trips, and environmental initiatives. Who We Are Looking For A Geography graduate with QTS (or working towards it). Passionate about teaching Geography and inspiring young minds. A proactive team player with excellent communication skills.
