Potential for a TLR for a candidate who can demonstrate leadership and a commitment to raising student achievement. Promote a love of biology and the natural world. Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Strong subject knowledge in Biology. Enthusiastic and passionate about teaching. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
