Commis Chef | El Pastor Restaurant | London Bridge, London El Pastor is a small group of Mexican taquerias in London, inspired by the decade the founders spent in Mexico City, running a cult nightclub and searching for the city’s best taco al pastor. We pour our hearts into top quality authentic produce, making fresh tortillas daily using heritage corn and working directly with suppliers and cooperative farmers in Mexico. We are proud to have been awarded a Star by the Sustainable Restaurant Association. This ethos is felt by our teams, they understand the journey of the ingredients and how important they are to the dishes they serve.
